Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies
Welcome to West Virginia Regional Education Service Agency Cooperative Purchasing website. Since 1972 RESAs have been facilitating cooperative purchasing to save school districts time and money. West Virginia RESAs have joined with the Association of Education Purchasing Agencies to bid products and services nationwide in order to provide additional savings.
The Association of Educational Purchasing Agencies (AEPA) is a nationwide group of educational organizations working collaboratively to save school districts time and money. AEPA has more than $300 million in annual protected purchases.
AEPA started with ten states in 2000 and has now grown to 26 states representing over 25 million students. Together, the participating states have hundreds of years of public sector purchasing experience.
